Virtual 5k Fundraiser
The COVID-19 pandemic has made it challenging for children, especially those with special needs, to get the exercise they need in order to thrive and fulfill their sensory diets. That’s why We Rock the Spectrum’s nonprofit, My Brother Rocks the Spectrum Foundation, is excited to invite you to participate in our Virtual 5K event!
Walk, jog, or run a 5K anytime on Saturday, September 26th or Sunday, September 27th anywhere near you and post your results here! Participate, have fun, and get a healthy workout in while helping support those in need.
Entry fee is $20 and 100% of the proceeds will help families in need of funding to participate in WRTS gyms and the ability to attend classes, social skills programs, and more resources.
Who: We Rock the Spectrum Worldwide
What: A virtual 5k to help raise awareness and money to help families who need funding to have access to available resources.
When: September 26 – 27, 2020
Where: We’re going virtual, so this will take place wherever you are!
Why: Support My Brother Rocks the Spectrum Foundation and We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym so we can help families in need of available resources, social skills programs and more during this time of isolation.
